"No Nonsense" Summary
Grace Management Limited (us, we, GML) will collect the absolute minimum amount of data from our customers required to process sales and provide support. We will never share any information with 3rd parties other than those required to process payments and any others that may be required to comply with UK law (HMRC etc). All information collected will be that provided willingly by the customer or with the customer's permission. We will retain any personal information for the absolute minimum of time needed to process payments and provide support. All information is securely encrypted and access to this data will be restricted to those members of staff who need the data to process sales and provide support.

We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and business contact details – business name, business email, business phone number)
Financial details required to process payments (for example, credit card details)


How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reason(s):
Sale and support of software

We may share this information with companies providing payment processing and, if required, with UK bodies such as HMRC.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a)Where we have your consent.
You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting privacy@graceman.co.uk. This will result in the termination of any support contract in force at the time of removal of consent.
(b)Where we have a legal obligation or interest.
We will retain such details only as long as required by UK law (as required, for example, by HMRC)

How we store your personal information
Your information is encrypted and securely stored.
We keep business contact details (name, email, address, telephone number) for the absolute minimum of time required (Business details will be kept for a minimum of 7 years but personal data such as names will be removed as soon as possible after the payment has been processed or the software support ends. We will then dispose your information by erasing such details from our business database.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
